The contents of the doe_ca repository are here. Each component is in a subdirectory of its own, some of which can be built independent of the others to run offline.

To run fully coupled go to the build directory and edit build.pl to your configuration. For a clean build, build.pl -C. Before this is done, make sure an ESMF build exists for your platform/compiler. Some library collections may need to be uncompressed and untarred. Go to esmf/lib/libO to check. On Mac OSX, ranlib the desired library files. The esmf distribution is included for building if libraries don't exist for your platform.

To run coupled, data files will need to be copied from various component/run/data(restart( directories to coupler_driver/run_coupler/data(restarts).
